At some time a errors will occur, either by the creator or the purchaser, and provisions have to be made to cover for these eventualities.

Theimagefile policy states that an image can be returned for a refund, if certain criteria apply, and our sales department is notified within five working days of the purchase.

Theimagefile can not be held responsible for any images that are sold using the deal direct option, and the purchaser will be referred back to the photographer.

In the event of a claim for a refund being made the creator will accept theimagefile decision as final.
